Fall, Winter and Spring Group Training Sessions
When: Mondays and Wednesdays: 8:00pm to 9:00 pm (8:10pm to 9:10pm deep end)
Organized group swims led by a coach who prepares and leads the workout. Sessions include fall (November-December), winter (January to late March) and spring (late March to early June).
Swim fees collected separately from HTC membership.

Long Course Swims
When: monthly sessions during winter – Sunday mornings 7:45 am – 8:45 am
During the months November to May, “long-course” pool swims are organized at Centennial Pool. These swim sessions allow members to use the entire 50m length of the pool, as the bulkhead is removed for these events.
These sessions are free for all HTC members!!
