Splash and Dash

Several times each summer we will have splash and dash practices.   This involves a swim loop and a run loop that participants can do once or several times as a way to practice the feeling of a race.  There will be a lifeguard on duty long with treats and prizes.

Pool Swims

When: Fall, Winter and Spring,
Mondays and Wednesdays: 8:00pm to 9:00 pm

Brick Night

When: May to September, Tuesday nights at 6:30pm. Location varies.
